Sales Manager

What we are looking for

- Be the face of Yourzine and develop customer accounts by building and maintaining relationships at various market directors' levels and within the lines of business.
- Qualify opportunities by clearly defining opportunities and defining the strategic and financial return for Yourzine and the added value for both companies.
- Provide professional solutions to the customers; manage the implementation of the projects in detail. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Undertake competitive analyses of the market.
- Be able to work according to project schedules and deadlines, have the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Drive communication and cross-group collaboration between external teams partners and the regional headquarters in Beijing.

Requirement and Qualifications

Essential Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with equally good listening and qualification skills. 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in electronic commerce business, EDM or Web development and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners. Extensive experience working in large account teams-field sales, inside sales, technical specialists, services, partners, are considered a plus.

Technical /Functional Skills
An understanding of EDM, online marketing and web technologies and principles would be a distinct advantage. An overall passion for sales within various environments and for the business value it drives.

Personal Attributes
Highly motivated team player with a mature and positive attitude and a passion for working with customers and partners on driving the sales of Yourzine and services to meet customers' business challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications
Degree qualified (bachelor's degree typically required), with 3 to 5 years of proven electronic commerce, EDM or Web sales experience. If you have studied abroad it is considered a plus. Additional sales or marketing qualifications centered on driving business value through the use of online promotion in multiple industry vertical markets would be beneficial.
